J. Smolin, Artistry in Oils: We redesigned this artist's site not only to improve aesthetics and usability, but to enable the client to easily add galleries, new images/products, and manage her own content via a WordPress-based system. (Here is a screenshot of the old site.
Bruce Marion Studios: As in the previous example, this client can manage his own content and easily add new images.
Custom Tours, Inc.: Custom Tours came to us for a redesign of their site. (Previous screen) The new WordPress site features a video introduction, non-Flash based "slide show" photo rotations, testimonials that expand to full text when the visitor clicks on an excerpt, "Local Color" trivia tidbits that shift when a page is visited or refreshed, based on keyword tags (Boston trivia will show up on the Massachusetts page, for example). The client is able to edit the content of any page, and it's all search-engine optimized.
Stick Pin Lady:
When the client came to us, she was unhappy with her old logo and site. We helped her select a new business name, updated her logo (she wanted to retain the stickpin graphic), designed her website, built out her store, and set up a newsletter (header graphic).
Disgruntled Writers: This is a writing-focused WordPress site. In addition to developing the site, we designed the logo and created the genres illustrations (visit the Reviews page, or mouse over the genres menu items). Multiple writers can contribute to the site, and the "ShareThis" button allows visitors to easily recommend the site on social networks.
